Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
You receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product.
You are not satisfied with the product.
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Process
Please contact our Customer Care Team with your name, mobile number, and reason for return or exchange. The product and request will be verified before approval.
Customers may also inspect eligible products at the time of delivery. If you choose not to accept the product, you may return it by paying the applicable delivery charge only.
Return and exchange courier charges may apply, except when the issue is caused by Fit For Life.
